This movie have long being kept inside my DVD box until i decided to watch it after i have ran out of movie to watch Should have seen it earlier because this movie is definitely will be in my favourite list. Produced by Harpo Production and directed by the main cast himself, Denzel Washington. The Great Debaters loosely based on a true story, circumvolve around the efforts of a black debate coach Melvin B. Tolson (Denzel Washington) at historically black Wiley College who inspired students to form the school’s first debate team and to place his team on same footing with whites in the American South during the 1930′ when Jim Crow Laws and lynch mobs were common. The story tag along with racial differences, family values and I would say this is a great movie that might change the perspective of one’s human values. For those who love movies based on humanities, I suggest that this will be a good pick.

Just a couple of days ago I’d read somewhere in the newspaper..the oldest blogger in the world passed away and she was 108-years old Australian lady. She lives since the last century and she blogged!! And that put me in a great shame… BTW, to that lady, thank you..may you rest in peace!!

And here i am…doing my first blog..ya! ya! call me outdated…..or whutever…i totally agree..i should have done this lonnggg longg time ago..

anyway… i hope that everything that i’ll be going to share here will touch a person’s heart in good ways…or contribute an idea to pending thoughts..or simply bring a smile to one’s gloomy days….*wink* *wink*
